Hereford & Worcester YoungRabjohns Accounts and Tax Manager, Ally McLaughlin, has joined forces with other future business leaders of the region to launch the Herefordshire and Worcestershire Young Directors’ Forum (H&W YDF).
It works with the most promising senior managers and directors/aspiring directors, organising networking events which are customised towards their development into becoming tomorrow’s leaders across the business, public and social sectors.
The Mission is to develop, in the Herefordshire and Worcestershire area, a network representing “tomorrow’s leaders today”, to form strong and lasting links designed to support the development of both the individual’s career and their business.
The typical member is under the age of 40 and represents all sectors of the business economy, including entrepreneurs, senior managers in medium/large organisations, and junior directors who are either in or on the verge of taking up positions of leadership. Ideally, members will already have an established career, a proven track record in their field and hungry to develop a focused business network to help get them to the next stage of their career.
Members are encouraged to join the H&W “Linked-in” group on www.linkedin.com. Simply search for H&W YDF within groups and request to join. Joining the group enables members to manage their contacts in one place, keep a record of who they met at events, provide a potential contact route, act as a source of information and debate and ensure that they are notified about future events.
In you are interested in joining the H & W YDF or would like further information please contact Ally McLaughlin on 01905 732100 or e-mail am@rabjohns.co.uk.
